Images of Street Beat 2000
A wide variety of ethnic food, several entertaining bands, performers such as jugglers and caricaturists, and beautiful weather drew people to Street Beat 2000 on Wednesday, July 12. BWH staff members, volunteers, patients and neighborhood residents mingled and relaxed together at the 15 Francis Street entrance at the annual event, which celebrates the rich cultural diversity found at BWH. The festival also served as an opportunity to thank all BWH employees for their hard work and commitment over the past year, which were critical to making BWH a U.S. News “Top 10 Hospital” for the eighth year in a row. Photos from the event appear inside and online on BWH's employee intranet site, http://healthcare.partners.org/bwhintranet
